I have posted,further down, the shop video of a robbery in which a little guy,very like the one in this picture,enters the shop with a huge tank of  guy.  Tank gives the little guy an item and returns to chat and then takes an item for himself which is the same as the one that he handed over. In addition,tank grabs some smaller items.They walk out without paying.    That is robbery.

Did both intend to commit?   um.   Certainly, I would say that tank was up for it but was Brown or was he just there and had to join in?  Anyway up...........

There was no reason to shoot him, never mind kill him !!
