BBC threatens to make iPlayer users pay licence fee | Mail Online
The BBC can't do this pure and simple Only the Government can change the Law. The latest 'threat' in the Scotland independence debacle is that Scotland would be deprived of BBC programmes. What a joke!
This would mean that no license fee would be needed in Scotland and deprive them of even more income!!
