All diplomats,with immunity,get away with all offences which they commit in any country. A cop was shot by a diplomat in London when he was trying to shoot at protesters and missed. He got away with it too.
The American Embassy staff in London have the highest number of unpaid parking tickets. Cars should be fitted with CD plates for Embassy staff and CC plates for national working as a Console.
I worked beside a lady,years ago, who had CC on her car. Her husband was the Dutch Console in Glasgow. CC has to pay parking fines and has no immunity
