Paris Bans Cars & Makes Public Transport Free to Fight Pollution | Humans Are FreeI posted something similar last year. Cars should park outside city centres and people should move round in taxis,buses,canal buses, or on the underground. Deliveries to shops and rubbish collection should only one at night.
