Um !  I own Premium Bonds,indeed I just won £50 in the July draw. Yippee.!  I also have a bank account with Tesco and so will remain a Bond holder under these silly rules. If you look down a list of winners, many just say overseas. So why is all this crap being flung?

Well it is just more propaganda,of course. If they want to give me my money back,fair enough. I will invest it in Mongolia !!
