Mystery Plane Is Back!!! Circles London, No Call Sign - What Is Going On? | Strange



What is the big mystery??  This 4$ million plane s used by both spooks and the Fuzz to intercept mobile phones active in an area. They cannot record,without a warrant but a clitch in the Law says that they may listen.

They have troops following X who has a phone,probably pay as you go. The plane lifts all activity where X is moving. They follow to position b and lift activity from there and so on. The plan is to isolate which phone X is actually using.!!!

Planes were coming in from France, last Summer, entering over Kent. Flying round London at 1,200 feet and then going back to France. I thought that they were testing radar operators, as there were a few dodgy passes with flights, but now it appears that it was probably French spooks doing the same as these London ones But the French had a jet !! I posted about this last year.
