Okay, it is a given that plod killed the wrong man and they were wrong to do so. The guy was an illegal and should not have been staying in the Uk. Not only that, but he was working as an electrician. How so? He had to be self employed, as he had no SS number or tax ref.to become an employee He must have been working on a casual basis, for cash. He could not work on any building site without proper papers either.
