Dr Mengele conducted experiments crossing animals with humans,we have been told. Films show dog heads put on the necks of people to give them a bite!! They may be fakes,of course. However he did carry out mind experiments and carried on doing so in South America long after the end of WW2.
Transhumanism developed when Super soldiers, folks like Aaron McCollum,Duncan O'Finian and many others had their minds tampered with,underwent amazing training from a young age and were sent to do secret deeds for the American Government. They were not supposed to remember but they did and were therefore of no further use.
The experiments never stopped and are still going on,today.
