English political parties go mad !!

The Conservatives,Liberals and Labour political parties have reached an agreement to rush through Parliament a new Law which forces Internet service providers and mobile phone service providers to keep E mail and mobile text messages for one year. What a joke!
Do they really expect terrorists and / or criminals to pass messages to each other in plain language???
So I had a think. What would I do to avoid being caught out. The list is very very long..!!
E mails
Unseen in Iceland provide anonymous E mail which is not stored in Iceland. This is outside the Uk.  There are several others. Encrypt all messages. Even if they have your IP address, they can't read the messages.
The EU made it illegal to do exactly what is proposed in this new Law. But why fight in Courts.
The Data Protection Act states that no information can be given out. I suppose National Security will over ride it. So how to send an E mail from an IP address that you do not own or can be tied to you. Um!
Sit in your car in any housing scheme and piggy back onto a stranger's IP.
Break into a house, an office,a school and use their IP.
Go to local job centre, hospital or library to send an E mail.
Use pay as you go phone to access Internet.
Use draft section of E mail which can be read by others but is never sent.
Phones
Use pay as you go mobile phones.  Supermarkets sell basic text and call phones for £5 each !! You can buy second hand phones in shops. You can buy stolen phones.Use stranger's land lines. Use phone boxes. Use phone cards.
Record phone numbers on a pocket recorder and use to dial up on a land line. These are not entered on any bill as you use the beep sounds to do the dialing.
Use CB radio  Use ham radio.
There are probably many more ways to pass a message.

This proposed new Law is just a joke and a placebo for the stupid sections of the public.
