This writer has missed a lot of information. Barbara Olson did not take her phone with her. When that came out,there was a switch to,she used the phone fitted to plane seats. Unfortunately,that plane was not fitted with the phone system!!!
They could have come out with the obvious, she borrowed a phone. That would have been crap too. Would you hang up on a loved one, to lend out your phone, even if it could work??
So how did she make the calls,Ted.?
