Every story about intrusions into private lives seems to be orientated towards America. But let's look at what could be happening in the Uk................
We have photo licenses. Oh and it is an offence not to change your picture every 10 years! We have Social Security numbers from day one of our lives. Years ago, we only got one at the age of 15. So there is a good marriage. A number,a photo,an age and an address.  Then we have census data to be added to the mix, along with passport data, criminal records,sex offenders register. We have the full nine yards in the Uk.
I am disgusted to say that Scotland has taken all of this a further step into the abyss. There will now be a named Social Worker person for every new born, in Scotland, to look into their life every now and again.
