Spending review: George Osborne unveils an extra £11.5billion in spending cuts

Can't really blame him. In London, their are firemen who live in France!!!  They come back to do their sift and then return home. As they are domiciled in France the pay no income tax!!! As they only actually work six months of the year, many have second jobs driving their own taxi or being self employed as tradesmen.
In my local area, the police carefully pick where the stay. They pick a house, just outside of the police area, in which they work, to ensure that they get enormous travel expenses and extra payments on top of normal payments, if they do overtime or are called out. .
