McDonald's Worker Sues After Getting Her Paycheck On A Prepaid Debit Card - Business Insider

McDonald's Worker Sues After Getting Her Paycheck On A Prepaid Debit Card

In the Uk we originally had the Truck Acts which basically stated that a person doing work for another was entitled to be paid, in cash for the work done. Then, later, we had the Employment Laws and Employment Contracts.
In these contracts, both parties agree to the terms and method of payment as it is laid down and if you don't like them then tough tittie!! So a person may be paid in Silver,Shares, waffles or whatever, as per the agreement.
What this Debit Card person should have done is set up an interbank transfer to her own account.
