As the Law stands, this guy certainly committed the offences and should be punished. BUT 5.5 years ???!!!!
She went willingly, They planned it all, over time. Legally, she is underage to engage in sex BUT we all know that kids who have not lost their cherry by 15 are treated as weird,these days. As far as we know, she is not pregnant, which is either down to luck or more likely, the use of contraception of some type.
This girl was not whisked up off the streets, bundled into a van and taken away for a group sex orgy. She ran away with the love of her life.
