I spotted his water shoes during his last big stunt. In this one if you look at the top right corner of the front of the bus there is a pipe of some kind which does not appear on the other side. This is NOT standard on a London bus. So some type of frame has been fitted. I think that Dynamo is actually a hologram projection.
