How could this glorious alleyway be deemed health and safety risk? Council bans pot plants despite handing gardening neighbours award for their work |

Sure it does look lovely! BUT  these people have put out concrete plant pots on a public right of way footpath,thus blocking it to a small extent. So what if...............
1.  Some poor police person,without a car, runs up the path or even down the path, trips over a plant pot and breaks his/her big toe??  Who is responsible?
2. Some kid,on a bike or running, falls and has an eye put out on the corner of one of these concrete pots. Who is responsible?
3. A disabled person, using a wheeled walking frame gets a wheel caught and goes flying. Who is responsible?

Sure it is nice to look at, but it ain't their land to do with as they wish. If every other sod has to get permission to fart these days, then they should not get away with it.  Rules is Rules !!!
