I agree with them,too. Why should they be responsible for factories, which they do not own? They place their order with the factory owners. It is up to the owners of the factories, to obey whatever Laws are in place, in the countries, in which they are situated.It is up to the countries invovled to enforce their own laws
If  they signed up to this, then the factory owner would be able to ignore all Laws and pass the blame to the buyers of their goods.!!!
