Naked Man Spotted At Scene Of Beheading In London | Strange

Now the plot thickens.  It appears that the two guys drove a car at the guy who was killed and then got out with their panoply of cutting instruments to attempt to cut up the body. Then some buck naked guy wanders about,oblivious to the events around him/  Here is my guess..................
Three guys were smoking crack or PCP or whatever and one of them was having a bad experience. His two friends bundle him into a car and try to drive him to a hospital. They are too stoned and hit the guy with the car.
Being ganstas,possibly dealers, they are tooled up. So they  decide, in their addled state, to get rid of the body, to cover the crash and their state of stupor.
It does fit and they would have a defence of actions taking place while the balance of their minds blah blah blah  temporary insanity....broken home,  lifetime of abuse.....on drugs at the age of 2  blah blah.
It does fit the circumstances.
