There is only one method which is guaranteed safe to transfer stuff over the internet and that is to encode it by use of a one time only pad. A much simpler way needs no transference whatever..............
The sender opens up an E mail and places their instructions into the draft section. The recipient merely goes into the draft section having been given the entry details and reads the instructions. deletion acts as a method of receipt. Nothing is transferred and therefore cannot be intercepted.  Racing pigeons are also good as they are very hard to shoot down !!!
