Afghan interpreters fear they are being abandoned by Britain and left at the mercy of the vengeful Taliban | 

It is a disgrace that these translators have been 'hung out to dry' and must fend for themselves. In any future need for interpreters, I am sure that people will think twice before taking the job, which will,inevitably, hamper good relations and/or result in a huge loss of intelligence data.
There would then be a return to the Vietnam problem of soldiers barking orders to people, who don't understand a word and expecting them to carry out the instructions given to them..
