I told you all that this would happen!!! An Alitalia pilot on approach to J F K airport in New York has reported a drone flying near to his plane!!! The F A A is investigating.
Of course, the drone will not have appeared on radar as it has no transponder and I am sure that whoever was piloting it will deny it, completely. Nobody will claim ownership and the airline pilot will look a fool.
These things must be controlled in civilian air space or there will be a collision, sooner rather than later.
