Actually I do understand what a data drop is and in order to carry them out, in a target area, they need post codes.I normally fill in my previous address one !!
Oh if you are outside USA and can't get information from an American website, without entering a Zip code, just put in 90210 This is the real code for LA police and was the title of some cop show on TV
