Pope Benedict to Seek Immunity and Protection from Italian President Giorgio Napolitano on February 23
I have been posting about his immunity since this all started. The Vatican is treated as being a country in International Law. As any Head of State automatically has Diplomatic Immunity he/she cannot be given a parking ticket!!!
