I told you all months ago, in several posts, that as part of Bammycare people must be chipped ! Perhaps this will be the touch paper that will finally start the rioting which the have been trying to engineer for the past 18 monhs or so. Then Marshall law can be introduced and to doors of the FEMA camps will open !!
Once the chip is in place, it can be updated no doubt !! But with what, I wonder?
