You can buy kangaroo and ostrich meat in Britain so is there going to be a change to eating horse,soon?. People have obviously eaten it, without knowing, and liked it!!  The hassle is more over having paid for wrongly described goods. The French have eaten horse for centuries. But then they do eat snails, as well!! How about English favourites like jellied eels and cockles. In the Far East, dogs and cats are a speciality dish.  How about Guinness and Oysters, which are said to be an aphrodisiac.Every country has weird choices. In Scotland we have haggis and deep fried Mars chocolate bars!!
