Russia and China have been present in many African countries for decades playing one against the other just as the African countries did the same to them It has been a very complicated game of chess. Now American wants a piece of the action and I'm sure that the African leaders will enjoy playing them just as they have played the Russians and the Chinese.Watch out for fleets of bullet proof Cadillacs arriving soon in many African countries with no decent roads!!!
Britain is no stranger in Africa. they have been playing the game much longer. At one time South Africa, Zimbabwe,as Rhodesia and Kenya were all British colonies. The whole diamond business id controlled by Debeers in London and they own most of the African mines. Rio Tinto Zinc own most of the Gold,Uranium and other mines and pay lip service to African leaders,whim the control. America will go in with development grants and just be shafted until they learn how the game is played by British rules.
