Have you ever tried to complain to Facebook about any of their decisions? Did you get any success? How did you actually manage to contact somebody to complain too?
It looks as if this is an impossibility!!! Is this fair?? What kind of company has no department to accept complaints??? Here is a tale of woe and frustration.................
My mate bought into the whole Facebook thing. He is on there everyday 'chatting' to friends and relatives, all over the World. He has his own page with wedding and family photos. He is a Facebook addict.
So he E mailed me to say that he put in a 'friends' request to a person who he knows and got banned for 7 days!!!! Facebook say, in their automated message, that he has put out multi requests to people who he does not know. He put out one request to an old pal. So we have a problem to sort. An error easily rectified, you would think. Just send them a E mail and get it sorted. Unfortunately you just can't!!!
Facebook are judge jury and executioner. He trawled round the whole site and cannot find any contactable person or department to raise his complaint with. So he is stuck with a 7 day ban and no recourse.
Is this fair??
If you have been able to actually contact Facebook about a problem or a ban, please let me know, in comments, how you did it so that I can pass the details on.
Facebook was the brainchild of a poor student to track what his college mates were doing is the story put out originally. It has since been found out that he is the grandson of the Illuminati connected David rocketfella!! This is how a poor student gets a huge start up loan from banks!!
The whole thing is just a front for the alphabet soup of spook agencies, used,by them, to gather and connect data,freely given by folks, in order to see who knows who and what they are doing in their daily lives.Where they go,what they like,dislike,their haunts,employment and basically everything about them. It is Big Brother on steroids. People just don't seem to grasp this about Facebook and the various other sites which followed from them.. If a questionaire had landed on your door step, asking for the info that folks freely give up, there would have been an outcry!! The census form is getting very near to this idea.It has got so big that the spooks have had to build a completely new facility in Utah to store data and join up the dots.
I am sure that now that FB is a company, with share holders, they will no be attacked, using company law. unfortunately I have little knowledge of the American Civil legal system. But there is a group called the Better Business Bureau to whom you can complain about company's activities and performances. I am going to recommend this route to my friend and will keep you posted on any developments.
