Blogger.com libel case 'opens door' for Google being required to monitor users' posts
We bloggers are in a wonderful position using this format and template. Basically I can type in here anything that I like and cannot be held to account for it. The blogger community is so big that it has ran away from Google and they could not,even if they wanted to read all of our musings and censor them.
Not the Courts would appear to be saying that,in fact, Google should be doing just that. I see a long running load of court cases about this one !!
