Fact-Checking the CIA's Fact-Check on 'Zero Dark Thirty'

I watched this film last night,strangely enough. The torture centres, which the CIA are portrayed as using, provided a stage for any masochist available, to have fun in.!! The agents were shown as being driven to the point of madness, to get information at any human cost either to them or their prisoners.
They balance this by showing the explosions and showing how these events spurred the agents to new lows of law breaking. If this is all true,as depicted in the film, then the CIA is guilty of war crimes, both collectively and also it's individual agents, who were involved.
