Car clamping gang boss ordered to pay £3m or face 10 years in prison after using faulty parking meter to target thousands of innocent drivers
You know I would think about doing the time !!! He would only do 5 years,most of it in an open prison where he could come and go all day and thus keep running his business. He could even get a degree from pen University!!!
All the while the £3 million is getting interest added on. I think would definite keep the money!!
