These places are just like hotels!! Prisoners walk out in the morning and as long as they return at night that is all that matters! Some go out to eat, meet friends, have sex,have a drink,get stoned,run their business empires or do anything they want to do. Some even commit offences while outside!!!!
A client of mine, who had been naughty, once rang me up to provide a money reference, for him, to a bank near the open prison, so that he could transfer money there to a new bank account for his use when outside!
