I believe that it will only take one state, yes just one, to legalise Marijuana for them all to do so. Any state next to a legal state will notice the movement of people and the commerce increase and demand the same deal.
Legalisation will provide quality control and taxation income. There will also be huge drop in violent crime. It is very hard to fight when laughing and saying, hey bud all the time.!!!!
