This Institute originated in London. When the bus blew up, in Tavistock Square,outside their offices, I knew, immediately, that it was a deliberate action as a kind of in joke among the players in the murky intel game. My assumption was confirmed when it came out that the bus had been diverted, for one day only, onto that route, which took it past the Institute. It had all been part of the plan!!
It is always the little things that give the game away. There is always some personal vendetta or Machiavellian twist put into these incidents by the overall controller, which give the game away.
