No wonder East European crooks love our jails with three meals a day, sky TV full medical treatment, paid work, pool and other games, a library, access to computers, games consoles, religious freedom and services and now a phone in the cell!!!
Why don't more homeless people just break store windows and sit down to await arrest? They they would get shelter and healthy treatment? In my youth I can remember the three or four rough sleepers in my town doing this every Winter. The manager of one store used to bribe them not to break his window as insurance costs were rising. It was cheaper to give them money. They then got drunk and broke another store's window. They just ha to stand about in cold weather to get cash!
