Have football players just got too much money?  Some earn a quarter of a million pounds, every week, for kicking a ball about !!!  Oh and if the are out through injury or just dropped, they get the same wages!!!
That is just their football income. They can pose about getting money by wearing this or that companies cloths which they then get to keep as a bonus. They wear watches get paid for it and keep them too.They get free cars, on loan, from Car Companies.  Free meals in restaurants for just farting there.
It's a free ride and all for kicking a ball about.  How sad the World has become.
Don;t even start me on the money made by twirlers of golf bats, who waste a good walk and whack a ball aiming at a hole which they cant see from where they start off from.
Then the other batters, who belt a ball at 100 mph at each other,voluntarily, by the way, without even a truss.
What did balls do to get such treatment?  Well nothing much ,actually, 'no darling I'm in training!'
Talking of speed and prima donas, what about those Formula One guys?  They would last five minutes in the motorway morning rush hour!!  A million pound per race plus free cars, free shampoo.
Without professional sport we could feed the World forever.!  Sport should be fun and not a business. The shamateur Olympics are compromised from the original ideal. Every athlete has an off shore trust deed to receive fees on their behalf. They then work for the trust and get wages or the really clever borrow from the trust and never pay it back!!!
I am on a rant now....haven;t had one for a while.
Then there are the pedal cycle brigade, many stoned out their minds on cocktails of exotic drugs and pumped up with heavily oxygenated blood transfusions just before the race. Do they do it in hotel rooms?? Amateurs the lot of them. Sport. your kidding.
