It all started with Airfix kits which was organised model making for everybody,as opposed to peeps sitting in their shed glueing matches together.
Someone put an engine in some of the big models and remote control planes/ships were born. These models are so good now that they can be fitted with cameras and semtex or other explosive They are just mini drones.!!
