A pretty obvious move to get blood type, DNA, names, addresses contact mobiles and landlines. Insurance companies are vary wary about Aids testing. If a person goes for a test, they are liable to have insurances cancelled, even if they are okay. They will be told that it is anonymous ha ha ha.
All this data will be stored, down the new rabbit hole, in Utah, where they have just built the largest data centre in the World.
