It was always possible for under 13 year olds to join Facebook, but the rules always covered the owners. Now that they are a limited company, with share holders, they need to have more income to provide share dividend and, it certainly looks like, to pay, huge lawyers bills over the share sell off fiasco.
The amount of foul and abusive language is getting more and more all the time and this picture was posted abot 6 weeks ago. So good luck kiddies.!!!!
