So now that the dust has settled, just what have we got here?  An amateur security guard inside a gated community came upon a youth who he did not know. the kid was fit,athletic, almost 200lbs and over 6 foot tall.
Built like a football player. I would assume a conversation followed by an altercation took place. The guard had a black eye, cuts,bruises and grass stains on his clothing. He had radioed to the police who had told him that officers were on there way and he had to do nothing.   These are facts.
Later we find that the kid was a stranger who was staying with his father having been suspended from school for bullying. The family lawyer had hidden that fact behind a Court order, but a view interviews had found him out. It would be my guess that this kid did not just walk home when challenged but started giving it verbals. When the radio call was put in, I would think that it was then that an escalation to violence took place. So the guard plugged him. Story ended.
