This guy could be onto a real huge profit if he takes my advice.  If his group finally buy a debt free Rangers they could sell off the main stadium to a supermarket. It is a prime site in Glasgow with motorway access. the training ground could be sold on for private housing. Both sites have full utility and sewage infrastructure and their would be no problem with planing permission. The main building is a listed one but as long as the facade is keep, the Scottish Office should rise no objections.
