I have maintained that the first time that it was up there it was range testing to spray on the Earth. Many animals and fish died and were reported by the Press. What better way to get results than from the neutral Press.It moved higher and lower and adjusted its attitude to the Earth several times. it came down and the killing stopped.
When it went up for this, its second mission, some pockets of killing began again. perhaps flushing out the pipes for the good stuff which could kill people along ethnic lines. What better way to incapacitate the Chinese than to spray a black hair attacking severe flu virus. it could be said to be travelling from person to person as opposed to filtering down through the atmosphere over China. Just like crop dusting which was probably where the idea came from in the first place.!!
It is, however, risky to leave it up there after the nine months is up now. We shall see if this is a bad mistake, later on.
