They have the camps, complete with razor wire, to detain people in. They got the trains to shackle people in while moving them about the country. Very nearly, the Law will say, if passed, that the military can arrest anyone, on the mainland of USA.
The infamous 'they' are expecting a mass riot and people to rise up en masse against the Government. But I'm damned if I can figure out the reason behind it all. What would get millions of people to put down their popcorn and get off their sofas? Super Bowl cancelled, perhaps.
