Twitter & Facebook feeds

I used threadsy.com which was a brilliant gatherer of e mails from all places into the one site. Unfortunately, they closed over the past few days. They also had a section where my blog was automatic sent out on Twitter and Facebook until Facebook blocked me !!!! The Twitter feeds kept on going.
I must remember to push them out manually, from now on. Sorry if you though that I had gone missing suddenly. I think that I'll push them back onto Facebook just to annoy them, too
