There are so few places, left, that people can actually have a smoke in.!! The time lost, by office workers, having to go down to street level and stand about in smokers huddles, making the entrances look terrible, is colossal. they should have a designated room on each floor, rather than disappearing for twenty minutes or more, if they combine a toilet break too.
