Does this include the Government by any chance? Or are they exempt because of National Stupidity??
If the Government does not include itself then it is admitting, by the omission, that it lies.!!! Should they claim that sometimes it needs to lie in order to deceive any potential enemies. Then it just becomes lie one, then lie a million times and the bigger the better. Like the biggest ever going now, "We are in control !!!"
