It really is not such a big number of people when you consider three shifts per day. No doubt there will be an emergency squad too. So the 500 FBI becomes 4 groups which is 125 Of these they will sub divide into 4 groups of 25 with team leaders and area leaders and capo de tuti capo leaders.
Basically they have no legal right to do anything and will only be in the way !!
