It cost millions to give him his first identity. He then got drunk and began bragging at various parties but got away with it. However he then got arrested for having child porn on a computer which led to a Court case where it all came out. I hardly think it is fair to just lock him up, on no charges whatever. Where will that lead with case law now available. Let him out and let him take his chances.
Why millions were spent anyway, to build an identity, is beyond me in any case. It is so easy to do. You take a flat, on rental. You tell the voters roll that you are joe sixpack and you then have an identity!! From this you can get a phone installed and bills for electricity and gas sent to the address. You even get a vote, too!!
As joe sixpack has not been in any debt, he is therefore clean on credit reports. So if he applies for credit cards, having stayed there for a couple of years and is either working, or says he is as a self employed taxi driver, joiner, electrician or whatever. Says he is married with kids, whether he is or not. All of this bunk shows that he has roots put down and less liable to do a runner. No paperwork, like marriage license or accounts are required. He would then get credit Cards delivered. It goes on all the time!!! This is why rates are so high.
So what were the millions spent on, when it is so easy?? MI5, MI6 and all of the other alphabet soup mobs have been doing it for years, to provide 'legends' that their agents can use at any time. So why could this murderer not have it done for him and saved us all millions??
