This is commonly used in Europe. I found it in Amsterdam. Cafes offer you steak and chips hoping that you don't notice the steak is made up of bits stuck together!! This is recycling gone mad !! Do they buy a kilo of off cuts from the butcher or do they just stick together the bits left on the plates???
You can see the patterns in the bits of meat running in all directions.
