Look for a load of pop stars moving house soon, should taxes go up, in Switzerland for the super rich. Andorra is nice, central too, for European travel as is San Remo in Italy. Luxembourg and Lichtenstein are nice countries and also tax havens. Further a field, for a change of pace, are Vanuatu Atoll with straw huts and numerous banks. The Russian Mafia love that place, can't think why??? Or there is still the Caribbean, but that ain't fashionable any more. I mean drug dealers bank there !!!
So they will have to get a U haul trailer and hook it on the back of the Maybach and move somewhere else in Europe, to stay rich.!!!!
