What a good idea! How about banning idiot teenagers, like that Canadian boy singist, Justin the Berba camel jockey, who, recently, sat in a very posh London restaurant, playing with two remote control helicopters, having them take off from the carpet, fly round his table and land, noisily among the dishes or just fall off onto the ground again, when he miscalculated .His minders were apoplectic, but could do nothing about it all. I would have had him unceremoniously, minders and all out, on the pavement!!!!!
